Jane Burns
Primary Healthcare Advisor

Jane is a health strategist, advising the government, university and social enterprise sector. She is Chair of Open Arms, STREAT and the Centre for Mental Health at Swinburne University. Jane has over twenty years’ experience as a C-Suite Executive with high profile organisations, beyondblue: the national depression initiative and reachout.com and was the founder and CEO of the Young and Well Cooperative Research Centre raising over $100M in capital. She is the Founder and Non-Executive Director of InnoWell and APPLI. She was a Harkness Fellow in Health Care Policy, a VicHealth Fellow in Health Promotion and an NHMRC Fellow in Suicide Prevention. Jane recently won the category of Social Enterprise for 2015’s Australian Financial Review and Westpac Group 100 Women of Influence, and was a Victorian Finalist in the 2017 Telstra Business Women’s Awards.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry. As the Executive General Manager of Health and Wellness at HBF Health... she oversaw benefits management, pharmacy, community and corporate wellness business units. She oversaw the growth in the pharmacy business, developed Medibio’s Community Wellness strategy, and introduced a Corporate Wellness Index enabling organisations to gauge overall workplace health.

CLINICAL HEALTH ADVISOR

Kaye is a highly accomplished leader in the health sector. She is an endorsed clinical and counselling psychologist, consultant to the insurance and compensation industry, in-demand speaker and trainer and has held national roles in psychology regulation and professional standards. Her leadership roles include Deputy Mayor of a country city council, Psychology Board of Australia, NED in the Primary Care and Social Welfare sectors, co-founder of the first Centre against Sexual Assault and Clinical Governance roles in Primary Health Networks (PHN’s). Kaye is the lead author of two books on the subject of private psychology practice and holds an Adjunct Associate Professor appointment with Deakin University.

Claude brings 30 years of experience having served as a financial executive for many public and private companies, including the development of emerging technology with a deep understanding of licensing and commercialisation of intellectual property. He is a founding shareholder and Non Executive Director of Medibio Ltd, who has pioneered the use of objective bio-metrics to assist in the screening, diagnosing, monitoring and management of depression and other mental health conditions.

He has worked extensively with a combination of start-up, medium and large corporates, actively driving cultural and technological advancements using innovative methods and tools. Charlie is adept at working with customers, stakeholders, technology partners and cross-departmental teams at Cyber Clinic to bring cutting edge technological solutions to life.

David is a veteran project manager in IT and business and has over 37 years of experience that encompass a multitude of industries. He has a track record of delivering end-to-end projects, with c-level engagement, strong stakeholder focus and robust architecture knowledge. He manages the day-to-day operations of the technology team and provides high-quality technology solutions and stakeholder engagement to bring product features that increase efficiency and simplicity to the mental health journey of Cyber Clinic customers.

Clinical Operations Manager

Louise commenced with Cyber Clinic in 2020, a key contributor to the redesign and implementation of our Cyber Clinic App, website, practitioner platform and Medicare integration. With over 15 years experience in the Mental Health sector, Louise leads as our Clinical Operations Manager (COM), focusing on operational strategy, integration, service innovation and supporting a culture of continuous improvement to ensure high quality, efficient, person-centred platform experiences. Louise is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations. Providing strategic leadership, support and advice to our department managers and operational outcomes, promoting a positive, professional, inclusive work environment.

Client Services Manager

Lauren manages the Client Services space at Cyber Clinic and ensures that all clients are looked after. With many years of experience in customer service roles, she creates and implements strategies to provide supportive client engagement. Lauren guides the Client Services team to assist with general enquiries, new client profiles, bookings, Medicare, Workcover, TAC, NDIS, EAP and any technical App related questions.
